Its Happening!

It’s a great way to start 2019! Since our last update we received our DA approval at the end of November last year. All of the trees on our block have been removed. Our bank finally sorted out our finance. Rawson received our Approval to Commence Construction letter and yesterday we were added to the construction list! As soon as the DA was approved we organised someone to come remove our trees, 11 in total.

For us the Landscaping plans are as important as the house plans. We completed another milestone in the building process, the Electrical Selections! The electrical selections process was a breeze, compared to colour selections where we had to wait 3 weeks for our modifications to go through estimations and make their way to us. Tile Selections complete! We completed our Tile Selections at Tiles Direct last week. We were really lucky to have Helena to help us though the process. Tiles were the one thing we were dreading the most. It was probably the only thing we were still having an issue tying to the Scandi look we are going for.
