These are our final submission plans, there are still some modifications to the fit out of the Kitchen and Bathrooms and removing the small nib wall on the staircase on the first floor but otherwise it is close to final plans.
The biggest change between these plans and our earlier plans are the actual levels were applied to the plans and we lost the drop downs in the garage and rear of the ground floor. This means no more split level house which is good for our back pockets!

We received our amended plans from Rawson which includes all the amendments we made at the plan presentation. There were mainly changes made to the windows throughout the house. The biggest change we made was the addition of roof windows over the void, the fit perfectly over the void we couldn’t be happier having them in our plans.

We received the following initial plans from Rawson. They were surprisingly pretty much spot on from our tender selections, the only things missing were things we’d been told to wait until plan presentation for and our front door modification which was missing from the tender but we’d not noticed.
