Build Update – 10/03/18

Wow what a full on week it’s been, time for a build update! We finalised our landscaping plans with our landscaping architect on Tuesday, we completed our Electrical and Tile selections on Friday and we received news that the electrical works on our subdivision which have been in progress for almost 5 months might be approved by AusGrid in a couple weeks! On top of all this we’re ready to submit our DA to the Council!

Eight Weeks?

Well eight weeks have come and gone and as expected but still somewhat disappointing the settlement of our block of land is further delayed. There are some small matters which the developer needs to attend to for council approval and then we need to wait for land titles to be completed. This means that we will probably not start within the Rawson Homes tender period we were given and probably won’t have settled until early

Plan Presentation Appointment

July 18 2017 We received our Issue A plan documents and had reviewed them and come up with a list of changes we’d like to make to them. I must admit they did a fantastic job at fitting my changes into the first draft of the plans, there were only very minor changes required to them  such as windows and fittings like the shower screen/overhead cupboards required.
